Barry has over two decades of experience in the Irish Construction Industry, starting in 2005 with a top fit-out contractor. He specialises in managing high-paced, complex projects, with notable achievements including Dublin Airport's Terminal 2 and office projects for Transport Infrastructure Ireland. Barry has also led expansive retail projects for major clients like O2 and Three. His meticulous approach has fostered lasting client relationships. In late 2019, he founded Built Interiors, which has flourished despite challenges from the Covid-19 pandemic and Brexit, showcasing his robust leadership and strategic foresight in navigating tough conditions.

Drawing upon over three decades of diverse industry experience spanning Ireland and the UK, Martin possesses a solid track
record in successfully delivering a multitude of high-profile projects on accelerated timelines. Over the past six years, Martin has been a valuable asset to some of Ireland's premier fit-out contractors, collaborating closely with Barry Keenan throughout this period.

With 17 years’ experience in the construction industry within Ireland and Australia Alan has extensive experience working in commercial construction across retail and office sectors. Alan stepped into Project Management 5 years ago and joined the Built Interiors team in 2019. His diverse skillset has allowed Alan to manage an array of challenging projects during this time.

Alan is a highly motivated person who is driven to get the best out of his team. He is a focused individual with an exceptional eye for detail and strives to deliver the highest quality projects.

Establishing a robust foundation in the interior fit-out industry, Darren commenced his career in Perth, Western Australia, with a prominent national contractor. During his tenure, he contributed to several high-specification fit-outs for esteemed blue- chip clients. Following his years in Australia, Darren returned to Ireland, where he joined a leading global fit-out specialist contractor, operating in both the Dublin and London markets. Subsequently, Darren transitioned to join Barry's team, bringing with him a wealth of experience.

Adrian has 20 years mixed experience in the construction industry both on the operations and commercial side of the construction process. With a strong work ethic and attention to detail Adrian has the ability to assist Client teams to meet tight project budgets. Adrian takes overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the project. With extensive management experience, Adrian ensures that each project is delivered within budget and to the client’s requirements.
