Quantity Surveyor
Role
-
Liaising with and reporting to the Commercial Manager
-
Procuring of subcontract & supplier packages, issuing tender inquiries, compiling tenders
-
Raising any concerns or value engineering detail when appropriate
-
Monitoring all ongoing commercial aspects during the course of the project
-
Liaising with the Project Team & Design Team to ensure program, details and specifications are met

Compiling cost reports & projecting

Qualification in Quantity Surveying
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Works well as part of a team

Ability to reach targets in tight deadlines

Knowledge of RIAI & GCC forms of contract

Project Manager
Role
-
Lead and organise projects from conception to completion
-
Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget, to achieve agreed outcomes
-
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
-
Coordinate project activities in accordance with standard procedures and specifications
-
Detect and provide solutions to critical site issues.
-
Oversee operations of on-site subcontractors, and ensure performance is inline with project goals and standards.
Skills, Characteristics, and Experience
-
Qualifications in project management or equivalent
-
Experience with working on large construction projects with a Main Contractor
-
Commercial experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Site Manager
Role
-
Liaise with the Project Manager
-
Ensure all daily and weekly tasks are complete, through regular communication with the on-site construction team

Manage equipment and machinery
-
Order materials as needed
-
Monitor and control the quality of work
-
Record developments in the site diary
-
Ensure both internal and external inspections are passed and processed
-
Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to, including the recording and reporting of any accidents
-
Work with the client to ensure all targets are met
-
Attend Management meetings providing updates on progress
-
Arrange site meetings to regarding any potential hurdles
-
Monitor and lead the subcontractors on site

Oversee projects from plastering / skimming stage onwards, through 2nd & 3rd fix to snagging stage and completion.
